Sweet Monday

Our girls are here!
After almost one year of development and 3 month prodcution period our dolls finally arrived in Germany.
When I freed the first doll from its packaging and saw two bright blue eyes looking at me, even I was speechless. The doll is literally breathtaking.
The painting with stencils based on Helen's prototype was done very well by the factory. Janie has a new light skin tone and is subtly rouged all over her body on her hands, arms, body, knees and feet.

Our dolls grew up!

Our new 13" Boneka Sweets are here!

Our Sweet Monday child is wearing a honeyblond long curled wig with bangs that leaves a view on her beautiful blue eyes and suits her nice caucasian soft light skin tone

She is wearing a light pink smocked dress with rose embroidery from delicate light weight cotton (called voilissima) with short puffed sleeves with elastic hems and pintucked skirt.

Of course it is in the well known high end Boneka quality.

The painting was developed by artist Helen Skinner and realized by Leannie for fabric painting.
For this doll we decided on blue eyes. The doll is blushed here and there at her body.

Helen Skinner has been a member of Dianna Effner's Dreamer Guild from the very beginning and she knew Dianna and her visions pretty well. I couldn't have asked for a better partner and friend in consulting and the realization of this project.

Our Sweet Monday is named after one of Helen's daughters Janie.
